Paul Daley is an advocate of them and he is one of the most powerful MMA Strikers I have ever seen. I know a number of British Amateurs use them too.

Good Core / Chest / Arm exercise.

I tried them with weights (don't have kettle bells), just ache your arms and hands holding your body up I've got a torn rotator cuff so may have been over-compensating though
