Default Opinion on KO loss vs. Saved by the bell?

e.g. 6 three minute rounds = 23 minutes (including 1 minute rest between rounds)
Given the clock doesn't stop from Go to O (unless Ref calls time-out) should a downed boxer in final seconds of final round lose by KO 'cos he didn't beat the count?

Maybe? Given my age, my memory ain't all that crash hot. In recent times I ventured to local Coles to get dunny paper & bought bread & milk instead

Personal Opinion is there should be no saved by the bell. The count should continue and if the boxer can not get to his feet by 10 then the fight should be stopped.

I guess there is an argument on both sides that he would have a minute to recover, but if we are looking out for the boxers health, the fight should stop.

saved by the bell in last round only is correct.

once bell rings fight is over even if referee is at 5 or 6, the fight is ended so the ref stops counting then we go to the cards

What is the actual written rule about this ?

Where can we find these rules?

Do the rules change from Alphabet Organisation to another?

Im asking these questions just in case there is a big title fight, and this million to one chance of it happeniing, occurs......I think the last time I saw this happen
was on a Rocky Balboa movie.....

If a boxer was that hurt he couldnt make a count, would there ever be a situation where a boxer was able to recover sufficently in one minute to be able to fight again? or would they just get cut to shreds early in the next round? My point being is that I'd be very surprise if that situation would ever really save the boxer and give them a chance of winning the fight.

i dont know think any sanctioning body has a rule where u can be saved by the bell in any other round than the last. so its irrelevant

In short I'm saying if the fight starts @ 6:00 it ends @ 6:23 not 6:23+

That's probably the rule-set I prefer, but it does seem to vary by organization and location. Another contentious one is the standing 8 count, which seems to now be broadly adopted. But it wasn't that long ago there were bouts that didn't include it.
