This division really delivers the all action brawl's (World level), Of recent years we've seen some humdingers!. I like the division i think because there big guys but not overweight and slow they still have the athleticism to carry out the type of all action high tempo stuff we love to see.
Holyfield-Dwight Qawi I Carl Thompson - Sebastian Rothman Carl Thompson vs Chris Eubank I Toney vs Jirov O'Neil Bell - Jean Marc Mormeck More recently.. Cunningham vs Adamek I Cunningham vs Hernandez I Huck vs Afolabi I Plenty of others as well, But what was the greatest of them all?!. |

Lee Roy Murphy v Chisanda Mutti was a good one, double knockdown too at one point
Are you counting the IBO? If yes: Carl Thompson v Ezra Sellers |

1. Holy-Qawi I
2. Toney-Jirov 3. Sellers-Thompson 4. Adamek-Cunningham I 5. Huck-Afolabi II I'd love to put Holy-DeLeon on that list as its Holy's best performance imo but it wasnt very competitive. Hernandez-Cunningham & Hernandez-Ross were excellent fights last year. Cruiser might not be a great division but it does produce great fights. |

The first Holy-Qawi fight is number 1 without a doubt IMHO.
Theres a pre fight interview with Holyfield, then in his early/ mid 20s, where he says he's only going to box for a few more years so he can get enough money to open a car dealership. 20 years later he's still fighting. |

I nominate Johnny Nelson v Carlos DeLeon. This was one of the most closely contested boxing matches I've ever seen, they matched each other punch for punch for 12 rounds and both men thoroughly deserved the draw.

TBH so many funny things in that fight. Smoger before the fight ''touch the mans glove, James''. Then his humming at one point Jirov's training regime with Kazakhstan. Being put in a tight corridor with Germand Shepards surronding him. .
