Jeff Mayweather says Pacquiao/Soto & Marquez/Vargas on tap

My first thought is, isnt Soto with Golden Boy? Could of swore Mattyhsse put a beat down on him last year. Unless Soto has some sort of independent deal going. Vargas vs. Marquez....come on now, Vargas should of Lost to Josesito Lopez. Thats easy money for both guys, but I do feel Pacquiao does need a tune up, just to see where his head is at and for him to build up confidence.
