Not like we haven't seen fights scored on this criteria before. As I always say, "If you fight like you are happy to leave it in the judges hands, don't bitch if it doesn't go your way."

That was bullshit. I could tell by the way Buffer read "we go to the scorecards" that something was up.

Professional judges agree with me. Time and time again. What you've called robberies for the past year, I've called good decisions. This is the sport of fighting, not running. Track and field was made for runners.

If you don't have two guys willing to FIGHT you don't have a pro match cuz no one will pay to see it. That is why we see these decisions going this way. People think the judges have to be 'bought' when it is also in their best interest to keep ticket sales up?

Then good. I watch boxing to get entertained, feed my violence vein. I left satisfied tonight. I pay for PPVs for the same reason as well. I don't want to see no pussies running and circling what the hell is that sheet.

Boxing is one method of fighting. No tickets sold, no PRO boxing. They are in competition for 'fight' money with MMA. Again, we see this trend continuing. Why does it continue to elicit "robbery" threads here?

I watched this fight live and everyone there thought Martinez won. 117-111 Burgos is nonsense.

i dont remember the decision getting bood

HBO's commentary was really really biased

the 117-111 was not accurate, Martinez win lose or draw was inside and busy and Burgos seemed to let his out put wane for parts of rounds

ill have to watch it again

Watch it again, once the dust has settled without any bias. Burgos won it by wide UD. Martinez was demonstrating ineffective aggression and was clearly out landed in most of the rounds. Burgos was controlling most of the fight with his ring generalship. 116 -112 For Burgos.

There is going to be no booing at a pro-Boricua crowd when the Bori should have lost but instead gets to keep the title.
