Come on Bob. If he wins, its a major scalp for his collection. If I were managing Donaire, I'd do the same thing and fight Rigo right now.

Nonito will get blamed cuz Rigo will make this a boring fight. Rigo is a counter puncher to begin with which irks me at the pro level. Come prepared to initiate your fair share of the action or get out of the BUSINESS and go back to the ams.

I basically see this as an even worse version of the Donaire/Nish fight. Nonito will have to find a way to entice Rigo to initiate some action so he has his fair chance at some counters otherwise Rigo stays in his shell ALL NIGHT and does nothing but counter and protect his chin.

The whole reason for the Arce fight was to get someone in the ring with Donaire that wasn't afraid to fight. The Nish fight was interesting only because of the what Donaire did.

No amusement, not tickets sold. This is the pros.

Rios is much more entertaining than Mayweather, winners sell, if Rigo wins which I feel he could he will get his money

Donaire is a special fighter. The reason I'm critical a lot of times is because I see the potential in him, but he doesn't always live up to it.
Him fighting Rigo would help him prove to me how good I think he can be, but he's shown in the past that he didn't want to fight him.

Idk if Donaire is scared of him or maybe he realizes how good Rigo is and wants him to build a resume up so Donaire gets proper credit for the win. Either way, I just want the fight to happen and it's a makeable fight

Donaire will go down in level when he can to 'make the show'. He is simply good enough that he can do that. Nish was a fight where he knew he had to be at top level and we see what happened there. Full focus, full domination against the top ranked man in the division.

Me 2 . I've been looking all over the Internet and the only thing I can find is an article from a pinoy paper saying that Donaire " is not sure " about the April date , he's already backtracking , says he hasn't heard yet from his manger Cameron Dunkin ( lol it even ryhmes with " ducking " ) , etc . The guy is a phony of the highest calibre . Still can't figure how Pinoys can believe in such hype , I mean ... you have to be really stupid as a people to believe in such crap ( oh wait ... they also believed the Pacquiao hype . Lol ) . Don't think that fight will happen , Donaire is terrified of Rigondeaux period . Peace .
