I always impress the way how he speaks in Russian. It is very diplomatic, structured and friendly. There is no sign of arrogance in his speech. By the way, he also speak Kazakh, German and good enough to express himself in English.

Not really. Any kid can learn multiple languages the younger they are. It's difficult to unlearn what you've learned as you get older. I'm sure many Pactards know many dialects and English but they lack intelligence.
