I rate it as a 65/35 fight in Oscar's favour.

Canelo wins IMO. I don't rate that Oscar very much at all at that stage of his career. He got outboxed by Sturn 3 years earlier (all be it at middleweight). He'd fought once in 3 years against Mayorga since then! I think Canelo Outboxes him, and oscar only wins a coupe of rounds by outworking him.

oscar gets beat up after starting off looking sharp against canelo. outboxes him for a few rds then tires and starts eating hard shots from canelo combinations.

IMO Oscar lost his "Eye of The Tiger" as they say after the second Mosley fight.
The Mayorga win was just a vast difference in class between the 2 fighters.

By the time the Mayweather fight came along DLH wasn't showing much punching power & his style was completely morphed into a safety first type of fighter with slapping punches as opposed to the "Baltazar" Oscar.

I see a 23/24 year old Alvarez giving that Oscar a similar beating that he recived from Manny, Not quite in the same fashion but like a one sided 12 Rd bumping.

Completely agree with the first two paragraphs, but I do believe that ODLH's skill level will bargain him through the 12 rounds to get the victory.
