Cotto has a high ass KO rate too. Last I checked there was a brutal KD, but it wasn't Pac who got knocked down.

Cotto's KO's weren't one punch KO's, they were from an accumulation of punches to the body and head over the distance of rounds. Cotto isn't a one punch power Puncher. Tito had the nastiest left hook in WW history next to Hearns. He's one of the hardest hitting punchers in WW history. Not to mention he has a reach and height advantage. Like the comments before, Tito by brutal and savage KO.

Tito was a bit overrated, lost to DLH and didn't fought neither Ike Quartey or Mosley at 147 which I think he would had lost to, but Pac is more overrated then him, Tito by tko by a monster left hook to the body.
