Hard to say. In theory Dawson could keep it long all night, out speed and out move Froch to take a decision. But carl's unpredictable rhythm and pressure could lead to a late stoppage or a close points win.

At the SM Froch stops him. Dawson is severely weight-drained and can't fight at this weight, we saw this against Ward.
At LW I'm not sure. Dawson could probably box to a decision but Froch getting the stoppage is still a genuine possibility. A catch-weight would depend on how well Dawson can handle it. Would be an interesting fight but we'll never see it. |

At 175 Dawson would school him
At 168 Froch stops him At 172 could be a 50/50 fight but mainly because we don't know how Dawson will look at that weight |

Froch would beat the shit out of Dawson, who is the most overrated fighter of the past 10 years. The only truly impressive win I see on Chads record is when he took Adamek's 0. Pascal put a beating on him until his shit stamina caught up with him and allowed Dawson to take some of the later rounds, and even then it was still a clear victory for Jean. Froch would stalk Dawson and eventually Bad Chad would fold like a deckchair.
