Frank Bruno had shit stamina despite looking like a mr universe, Tommy Morisson isn't an ATG either
Frazier would be the slower man, the smaller man, Holyfield is the more skilled, both carried similar power, both are mentally ready for a war, Holyfield got the better chin.

If it's a trilogy I would say Frazier his only chance to beat Holyfield is in the first fight.

Being blind in his left eye also doesn't help Frazier.

Frazier by decision in a grueling fight. I don't think Holyfield could deal with Frazier's in fighting abilities. That and Holyfield doesn't have enough of a punch to seriously hurt Joe with one shot, whereas Joe's left hook could seriously hurt Holyfield.
