I reckon the best/toughest fighters, at the moment, go as follows:

1. Danny Garcia (WBC & WBA)
2. Lamont Peterson
3. Lucas Matthysse
4. Brandon Rios
5. Mike Alvarado (WBO)
6. Amir Khan

Peterson with his juice will be a tough night's work for anyone. I'd favour him to beat all of those bar Garcia (possibly).

IMO Petersen and Matthysse will prove to be the top 2 but at present I cant really complain much about those rankings.

I don't think mayfield has done enough yet to be above ajose,Guzman and Judah

My only other 1 amongst the 15 is does Peterson deserve to be below rios(based on light welter)and alvarado
Peterson has achieved more at the weight

Otherwise not bad

Liking the 1 division a day update at the moment

Peterson's win over Khan is a NC in the eyes of the rankings.

Why would you put Rios ahead of Alvarado?

Alvarado beat him

Probably because Rios stopped him in the first fight, but that wasn't most recent so it's probably a toss up. I'd have Alvarado above on recent achievments but couldn't argue with Rios being above him.

Because I believe Rios to be the stronger, more dangerous fighter out of the two. If they were to have a third fight, I think Rios would beat him. I also think he has a better shot than Alvarado does at those other names. That's why I have him above Alvarado.

Despite the fact that an independent physician found that what he took wasn't performance enhancing?

Rankings are based on merrit and current results not who somebody thinks is the better fighter.

Rios was beaten that means he moves down the pecking order and Alvarado moves up,

duh....

Duh. If you read my post:

"I reckon the best/toughest fighters, at the moment, go as follows.."

You'd know that the rankings I provided are based on my subjectivity (thus not official like the OP's), and who I believe to be the best/toughest. Not who I'd rank with the best current results.
