What you want...

basically...

Is for ESB to say, go ahead and wrassle. But the fact is, you are a homosexual and the act of it is gay.

But if you are GAY, be GAY.

BE YOU.

That's your answer.

Glad I could help.

I keep reading about guys getting hip arthrits from heavy ass squats and deadlifts.

You can do what you want to do, but there is no perfection when you lift.

You will always have at least one lift that's not done with perfect form in a set.

That's all it takes.

I hope ya'll live pain free lives, but there are other ways to approach strenght that's better for your body.

So there isn't one lift in a set of 5x5 or 3x3 or whatever that is off?

You lift perfect every time?

GTFO of here.

All it takes is one time.

You can tear ligaments in your knee doing pistol squats, fuck over your shoulder doing dips, break your neck doing hand stand pushups. Just 3 examples of how you could injure yourself with bodyweight exercises which is also never perfect.

Explain to me why these and any other injury you could get from bodyweight exercises don't count.

if your stance is open & square to target ,you will be hitting with your arms and no power aswel as taking body shots

Also it occurs, that you being able to move the Floor, rather than the Floor moving you is the way Forward, in more ways than one .
