Which is obviously is the chain of muscle on the posterior side of your body The primary exercises for developing the posterior chain are the Olympic lifts, squats, good-mornings, deadlifts and hyperextension; all exercises emphasing on hip extension |

The ones you use in sparring and hitting the heavybag. Muscles matter less than having the right timing and mechanics.
You can be strong as an ox. Won't do you much good if you can't land a punch or a string of punches. Ask Shavers. |
