Jones landing that flying knee less than 20 seconds into his first title fight, against a legend of the sport, and then handing out one of the most brutal and completely one-sided beatings ever seen in a title fight. That was a "wow" moment for me.

Mark Hunt when he knocked someone out in the UFC and just walked away before the ref even called it
