Default Eduard Gutknecht vs. Juergen Braehmer RBR

Achtung!!

IB's RBR disclaimer:

DO NOT ASK FOR LINKS! Do not hint for them. Do not ask "what channel?". Do not make any post that could be interpreted as insinuating a link request, even if it sounds innocent (ie stuff like "Gee, I don't have a way to watch this" or "if only this was televised where I live...")

All that stuff will a) get you banned and b) clutter up my thread with quickly deleted posts. The folks at ESB do not want to get sued and therefore have adopted a VERY strict policy of zero-tolerance on stream requests to cover their butts. The moderators DO enforce this policy. The moderators are doing what they're supposed to be doing and should only take action if you are breaking rules. Please don't clutter up my threads with posts that are going to get deleted and muck up each page. It's unseemly and disrupts everyone else's enjoyment.

Thank you.

PS. My only other rule in these threads is that, as a matter of courtesy, you refrain from posting spoilers if you are aware of undercard results that most people are going to see televised on delay. Also, if there are two events going on at once keep all discussion of the other card in its own thread, and don't cross-contaminate with spoilers between the two. Thanks.

Someone scored a nice one punch KO on the undercard.

Didn't catch who it was, though...

About how much time does one think it will be before they ring the bell to fight? A few hours yet?

Could be either Tyrone Zeuge or Deion Jumah, per the listed results.

Did it look more like a super middleweight or a cruiserweight?

Only the co-feature is left.

A minor light heavyweight title.

They talked about Jumah stopping his foe with a shot to the body, and the KO I saw was a head shot, so I guess it was the Zeuge KO.

Just watched footage of these two guys. Both look very ordinary, Braehmer in his prime probably too much but at this point it should be a competitive bout.

Cannot believe this is a main event.

Round 1

Zoulikha slides his feet back and jabs. Woge advances and puts in a right to the body. Zoulikha is backed up and loops up shots with both hands out of his guard. Steady jab by Woge. Zoulikha leans in and hooks up at Woge's chin. Underhand slaps to the body by Woge. Uppercut on the inside by Woge, and Zoulikha counters with a right. Woge takes a few jabs on the forearms coming forward and chops Zoulikha to the ropes with his right. Several clubbing rights by Woge as Zoulikha ducks and holds. Woge cracks him with another right from outside. Zoulikha blocks the follow-up attacks and sticks out a hard jab to get off the ropes. Woge doubles a jab and smashes down with a right. Woge carries Zoulikha into a corner and lands an uppercut to the chest. Woge misses an overhand right pushing forward. Zoulikha leans in and shoves back, flurrying and missing.

10-9 Woge

Not a bad opening round at all. The Frenchman had success with that sneaky right hand counter, and won it on my card.
