anyhow..not too many workouts out their do 1 rep max on the regular..maybe some that do it as the final thing on a pyrmid scheme. I have a feeling no boxers on earth fucking do 1 rep max as a workout.

Lifting the heaviest weight possible for a single completed rep is not the same as lifting a weight to failure. It's very basic. Go argue your point on a strongman/powlifting/olympic lifting/american football forum, you'll be laughed off the site.

ehhhh i dont know about 1 rep maxes..much higher chance of injury and the strength gains really arent there Johnstown
