Bernard Dunne then in his very next fight was DESTROYED by Poonsawat Kratingdaeggym.

Plus Rigondeaux was wobbled a couple of time by Marroquin who's feather fisted and throws one punch at a time

Maybe just maybe Rigondeaux isn't the ALL TIME GREAT these Cuban posters think he is.

Easy fight for Donaire then...lets get it on tho! Hopefully legal trouble is resolved and top rank does not jump on it as an excuse to fight Vic which they know is a sure win. But rigo makes them nervous. Real nervous.

The thread has nothing to do with Top Rank or Rigondeaux, so I don't know why we are talking about him TBH- we know he's been hurt by a Marroquin and dropped by Cordoba. This is about the Fillipino Flash Nonito Donaire.

So answer the question on Donaire. Has he ever been hurt that you know of.

This thread is a about Rigo, you created it with the underlying intention of bringing up his glass jaw because Rigo is all you think about apparently

Again this thread is nothing to do with Rigondeaux. The fact is all his Cuban fan boys accuse Donaire of ducking every elite fighter on the planet (and when you compare who Rigo has fought over the last 2 years to Donaire then you realise they don't know shit about boxing), and if Donaire doesn't accept a term of a contract no mattter how ridiculous it is he's ducking.

Then when Rigondeaux doesn't accept a term it's 'legal troubles'

Double standards

Not about Rigondeaux. Answer the question on Donaire. You haven't answered the question and brought Rigondeaux up in every response.

Weak jaws meeting pound for pound probably the best left hook on the planet only end in one result to be frank.

No one is ducking no one... And what redic demand are you referring to?

Again, no one is ducking, but sounds like arum is real eager for Vic rematch because he knows where the danger lies. And instead of resolving the legal issue that could possibly stop the fight after its signed, he wants to run to Vic. As boxing fans we need to demand the best fight the best. Donaire is the best and rigo is the best possible opponent right now at 122. Of course rigo can lose, not the best chin against a monstrous puncher. But rigo had the class and ring generalship to give Donaire his toughest task. rigo and mares both. Rigo and mares are the absolute best possible opponents, and we should demand these type of fights

Hes not ready for Donaire or anyone with that kind of power. A child would know this by watching a couple of these guys fights.

Its a good move, preserve that "0" til retirement. Its better than 750k and done.

If Arum was worried about Rigondeaux he would have found better opponents for him to fight than the likes of Keendey and Marroquin who are coming off loses. Arum is protecting Rigo's 0 so he is undefeated when he fights Nonito.

The fact is this: Donaire has a fight booked with HBO on April 13th. Which is about 2 months away.

You don't know how much it's gonna cost to clear Rigondeaux legal troubles and more importantly how long it's going to take.

Think about it as a promoter- Arum is a promoter, say Rigondeaux's legal troubles take 3 weeks to resolve- if he can resolve them. That gives Top Rank 5 weeks to promote a huge fight which just isn't long enough for a fight of that magnitude when you consider that Froch and Kessler have already started promotional work for their fight which is 6 weeks after Donaire's fight, looking at it like that I can see where Arum is coming from.

Now in step Vic Darchinyan- we all know he will lose and most likely be brutally KO'd. However if he and Donaire start building toward their fight next week- that gives Top Rank more time to promote the April 13th bout, Darchinyan has a unique and intimidating personality, plus the 2 have history. That will draw money.

Then consider in the fight- Donaire scores another highlight reel KO on HBO- increases his fan base and draws more money for his next fight.

In the meantime Arum can look into Rigondeaux's legal issues and if he can get them cleared before April 13th- stick him on the undercard and if he wins impressively too, you have a much bigger fight in the Summer.

Think!
