I enjoyed it all apart from the bit where you introduced yourself as, 'El Pooma'. Over 'ere where we talk proppa, it's pronounced, 'Pew-ma', innit.
Great stuff, mate, the handstand bit was quality. Looking forward to more of those, hopefully something to do with muscle-ups at some point

Awesome vid El Puma, my arms would snap off at the wrist if I ever tried that handstand push up let alone with 40lbs strapped on.
Any vids to assist me in my goal of acheiving a planche push up would be much appreciated.

Ok I guess I'll just go and do a few handstand push ups... then go and bench press a tank.
I think you should make a few videos for people starting out too, I mean like really starting out. If you could go back to before you ever started training what would you do and how would would you do them things, with the knowledge you have now, then make it into some sort of plan/vids for begginers. Just an idea. Awesome video. |

Great vid man pretty impressive stuff.
A note on the handstand pushups: you could suggest people to use a wall to assist them if they can't do one rep (which most people can't if they're just starting out). Then as you become stronger you can increase the angle from which you do the pushup until finally you can do them without any assistance at all in a full handstand. Once again great vid. I look forward to seeing the next video with lower body exerices. |
