Would Marquez Elect to Decision or Stop manny in a Fifth Fight?

The assumption being made here is Marquez wouldn't get robbed again since manny's hype machine has gone down the shitter.

Will his plan be to clear decision manny, third fight, or knock him dead, fourth fight?

manny could also play it cautiously this time while Juan shoots for the decision leading to a stoppage victory for Juan.

It depends how both of them look . Fight could go either way, as most of there other fights went.

I think he would do what tactically fluid & proficiently adaptable counter-punchers do...see what unfolded in front of him on the given night and work from there. Let the knockout come to him if it was coming (like the last time) but not specifically go looking for it.

If Pacquiao (Roach) made between-fight tweaks, then Marquez would make his own mid-fight adjustments in counter after feeling them out.

Juan will load-up & sit down on his shots just like he did in the 4th fight.
Marquez has been catching Pac with that same type of right hand since fight #1.

IMO, That right hand Manny took seconds after he dropped JMM in the 4th fight looked even more brutal than the actual KO.

Either way, a rematch ends in a KO.

The only way Marquez wins is by stoppage, History has shown what happens when this is left to the judges.

Depends on what Manny does. I think he'd patiently out-box him and just make sure he landed eye-catching shots for the judges. They'd expect Manny to come forward, but I expect Manny won't ever be that aggressive with him again, and so Marquez would resort to the blend of countering and leading he did in the 3rd fight. Looking for the KO instead of letting it come to him would just put him in trouble IMO.
