Jeff Fenech fought 10 >>>

1. Azumah Nelson
2. Phillip Holiday
3. Calvin Grove
4. Marcos Villasana
6. Carlos Zarate
7. Victor Callejas
8. Greg Richardson
9. Samart Payakaroon
10. Daniel Zaragoza

Fenech also fought Mario Martinez who won an IBO title.

Not sure do you count alphabet champions and if so where do you draw the line, WBF? Also does it count if they fought as amateurs?
Not sure about Australian boxers but De la Hoya fought 23 World Champions.
It would probably have to be Fenech in the modern era and you could probably add to his list if you include amateur fights.
