Shit fight, I struggle to find any appeal here, seriously, the guy was hauled up a few weight classes and almost got clubbed back down by the crude Aydin. Robert Guerrero and a handful of others are being selected as easy pickings as Floyd closes out his career and I'm not buying it. Khan was being lined-up as fodder and now it looks like Alexander is on the radar.

If this is true that he's signed a 6 fight deal with showtime then it's a given that he's got no choice as he had to pay Manny Pacquaio a MEGA MILLIONS settlement. Pac's legal team where stunned when Team mayweather came in with "a drop the case now" $$$ figure that way surpassed what the Pacquiao team where seeking in Damages. Proberbly around the $50 million+ mark i should imagine obviously to be paid in installments.
$50 Million or so, is a cheap result aas far as Team Mayweather view it, if those private Mayweather USADA tests came out into the public domain & confirmed what has always been suspected then that game over for the Floyd $$$$ train. Best pay massive compo & keep it all under the carpet & then go out & get yerself a nice few low risk mega pay days. This Guerrero fight is a joke! |

Mayweather is a couple of fights short of being where Whitaker was when he was fighting and losing to De La Hoya/Trinidad. In 6 fights he'll be seriously diminished, IMO. The guy is definitely coming down the other side of the mountain these days. I can barely think of 1 or 2 opponents that I could get excited about Floyd facing, let alone 6. Guerrero is an okay fight, in that, it raises the possibility of Floyd losing to an inferior, but younger fighter, who can outwork him and win on points, that's basically the only road-map for victory.

Guerrero fight is a joke!Terrible fight...
![]() Cmon give RG a break he gets far to much shit on here, hes just had some tough fights against real big hitters and come through them impressively, especially the berto fight where he showed a real hungry, dirty, nasty, gritty side that hasnt been seen for quite awhile by any boxer. Since FM fought hatton in 07 this is 1st opponent with a real hunger to win. FM will NOT go near the pacman khan+d alexander now them are joke fights who floyd will probably fight Hes made a big mistake if he thinks the ghost is gonna be a walkover MAY 4TH Guerrero wins by UD vs Floyd M |
