Rigo ducking VADA testing and avoiding getting tested, his team writing up fake signatures...not filling in addresses and telephone numbers on contracts

The bigger question is why is Donaire all of a sudden so concerned? Is he worried that Heredia is a better special potion maker than Conte? I haven't read details but from what I gather Donaire is threatening to pull out if Rigo is working with Heredia. If that's the case then it's Donaire who is putting up major road blocks.
