I see no point in a rematch. Price needs to start at the bottom again. Thompson is a tidy boxer, even if he's overweight and out-of-shape. Thompson is far to risky.

Would an immediate rematch with Thompson be a good idea for Price? I mean he was never really in control of that fight, Thompson looked comfortable throughout, it wasn't a 'lucky punch'. Either Price just isn't that good, or it was too big a step up too early, I hope the correct answer is the latter. Price is clearly well above domestic level, perhaps someone like Dimitrenko would be a good opponent?

He's already cleaned out the domestic division so starting from the bottom isn't an option.

No shame in getting KOd in the HW division, but there is shame in doing a chicken dance after getting a clip round the ear.

I know it's not going to happen, but I'd be tempted to try and get a fight with Deontay Wilder. He's vastly overrated, Price could easily take him out.

Taking his cherry would get people talking again. Rematch Thompson after & then your back in the hunt.

Remember the Price nughuggers banging on about Price taking out Tony quicker than Wlad?! A few on here actually believe Price > Wlad? It's ****ing madness .. Price needs to fight Chisora maybe? I used to say Chisora wouldn't have the power to trouble him but would get him fighting hard and getting the rounds .. after last night I reckon there would be a good chance Price gets knocked out.Good fight, don't believe the twats on here that think that Punch Thompson landed would have had Ali or Chuvalo out haha

BORKED

"Come on guys, what yall lookin at? Questions?"

Tony Thompson is fast becoming one of my favorite fighters......and I don't do favorites.

I just hope they never make a Harrison-Thompson fight, I like those two to much to see a loser.

That post fight Presser is the shit .. Thompson doesn't give a **** atall.
Him and Fury must fight, the build up alone would be better than Price's performance last night.

The PC is f*cking hilarious from start to finish.

The saying "They don't pay me overtime" is so true here.

They paid him peanuts to come here, he upset the f*cking lot of them, and now they expect him to answer questions..

YOU AINT PAYING ME ENUFF FOOL!

Wilder is a bum but... his power could cause Price problems unless he improves his defensive game.

Personally, I think his next fight should be against Audley again. Should be an easy victory over a credible opponent because... for all the stick he gets, Audley can perform when he wants too and is fresh from a Prizefighter win so he has some credibility. After that, Helenius would be the perfect opponent. A credible, well-respected boxer but who is vulnerable and is easily beatable by Price plus he lacks the power of Wilder. Wilder would be a good opponent for his comeback though, but I'd have him as the fight after Helenius

Audley
Helenius
Chisora or Wilder
Thompson rematch

Presto, win those four and Price has his credibility back and is back in the game.

The Audley fight is a bit pointless for me TH. I know he might need a confidence booster but I think thats a wasted fight for Price.
