Theres Brandon Rios, Amir Khan, Danny Garcia, Lucas Matthysse in the Light Welterweight division. After he fights all those people and beats them, then he should face Paulie Maliggnagi and then Robert Guerrero as he's willing to fight Broner. Broner would then fight Andre Berto.

If he beats all these fighters, he would most likely be regarded as pound for pound the best in the world. The elite of all of boxing, Marquez, Pacquiao, and Mayweather would then be forced to fight him.

Even if he's not, his people won't put him in there with Broner unless they can get another fight under their belt first. That leaves Vazquez and Abril. You see the problem with that is that HBO has to sign off on these fights. They are not gonna sign off on Olusegun. Why extactly you or anyone else would rather see Broner against some also ran at 140 rather than a WW champ is beyond me.
