this should be a *******,good to see two up and comers get it on we dont get to see enough of australias best talent take each other on

Dawson will probably pull out like he did against Geale with some bullshit excuse so he can keep fighting pygmys....i wonder why he hasn't tried to re schedule a fight with Geale....i use to love watching him when he was a kick boxer so far he has fought absolutely no one in boxing in 29 fights, Paul Briggs came from kick boxing as well, has less fights but has already fought numerous top 10 fighters.

This should be a ******* if it happens !! I used to train with solopov and he is an awesome boxer! Good power, great skills, fit etc. I think he would have to over dawson, dawson has not met this calibre fighter before.
Solopov has fought the worlds best amatures, including Migel Cotto who he beat to win the world amatre title.

But it's a shame these two are meeting at this stage in their careers. I guess they can't get any better fights out there at the moment. As for Dawson and Geale, I don't believe Dawson ran from Geale! Geale has nothing on Dawson! There must have been something else going on there other than the usual running scared BS!

Dawson should have gone on The Contender. He would have had himself a world title shot already if he won that show like he probably could have!

Solopov is going to be a tough nut for Dawson to crack. I think Solopov will win this but Dawson has the ability to pull knock outs out of hat like the proverbial rabbit!

Overrated Dawson loses to Solopov IMO.
If Solopov comes prepared & ready he will win comfortably on points.
Great fight tho, need more domestic matchups like this.

Dawson is a fighter not a boxer.
He struggles when he cant use his knees, feet and elbows.

Solopov has got him in the skills department hands down, but he has shown he can be hurt and ko'd so it should be a good match.

Solopov via wide UD.
