I think he seemed a bit rusty on the early goings and took awhile to figure the guy out.
Provnikov is quite heavy handed and was catching Bradley whilst Tim was not keeping his hands up high enough. He kept chipping away. Later on Bradley seemed to get in a bit more of a rhythm and started throwing the jab and tried combos with uppercuts which were quite effective against Provodnikov. A very close fight but if the 1st round knockdown was scored with the last round knockdown then it could have been a favored decision for Ruslan. I think the first round knockdown was Bradley getting caught clean but attempting to clinch and slipping forward. His legs went and he got up but fell backwards. |

He was rusty as fuck. Also looked very heavy on his feet. Ruslan hurt him bad though. The whole fight was Timmeh trying to get his legs back.

I don't think it was rust IMO. He was really limber and loose in his punches, looked so fast stringing them together and switching stances. He just made tactical mistakes in certain moments and Provodnikov worked is ass off to press his fight on top of that.

seeing the heavy on his feet comments, do you think it could be from the injury suffered in his last fight
remember how Michael Grant got hurt in round 1 vs McCline after coming off a similar injury vs Lennox Lewis it was the first thought thru my head as Bradley stumbled trying to get up in round 1 not sure if it was ring rust or if Bradley was glassy and concussed the whole fight either way he fought really dumb backing straight up and very upright with his chin out when hurt he spent too much time in no mans land |

Shut the fuck up dude. The man just competed with a championship-level boxer, of course he had skill. His inside fighting, punch placement, guard, and head movement made things very difficult for Bradley. No skill, get the fuck out of here with that shit. So tired of hearing it day in and day out when top-10 fighters on the world level put themselves on the line.

Naaaah. Just ate some monstrous shots early on, and never really recovered from them. He basically fought an entire 12 round boxing match on queer street.

Yea. .....the way tim fought got him into trouble a lot. He had a point he waz trying to make and he paid for it.....a few times. He was heavy on his feet because getting hurt makes your legs like jelly. If Tim wasn't in tremendous shape he wouldn't have made it 12 rounds with Ruslan.
