If his done with boxing I'd like to see him fight in the UFC's new flyweight division. Iv read a few times that his dad was a wrestling coach and he is pretty competent in that side if MMA.

His last fight was at feather, decision win, I think espn?? His dad was the Armenian olimpics wrestling coach, so he has learnt that, he would also be handy with his elbows, would like to see another good win at boxing though, I can watch mma.... Until its on the floor.

I think Vic could potentially be a tough campaigner in the UFC. But the UFC flyweight limit is 125 pounds, and Vic is only 5ft 3 and has never weighed that much in his fighting career. He did come in at 121 for his last fight, but I see issues with him as a pumped up 5ft 3 UFC flyweight.

Don't really follow MMA but Vic got ragdolled and submitted by Ronda Rousey.

Suggesting he would be a force in the UFC is ridiculous, past it boxers won't make it big. If a prime boxer cross trained then maybe.

Even a prime boxer wouldn't do anything of note in the UFC.

People are making way too big a deal out of Vic having a friendly roll with Rousey and her having the better of it.

Marcus "The Irish Handgranade" Davis was a former boxer who did well at MMA.

Video?

I'm not sure if you took the time to read the previous posts in the thread but it has already been stated that he has an Olympic wrestling background.

Posters in the MMA forum have been requesting video of Vic's roll with Rhonda Rousey since it was rumoured to have occurred. So far a big fat nothing

Watch a training session in a gym. BJJ or Judo or whatever.
You can get tapped out 15 times in an hour by a girl, an instructor or you can snatch a couple of moral victories along the way for yourself. It does not sound like they "fought" to me. There is merit at training at the highest intensity and I gather this would've been for HER benefit.
People often bleeding sparring it means little, put pressure on someone and see how they react.

My understanding from what I've read is it was an impromptu thing, and was probably more or less for fun.

If they went toe to toe from an upright position Vic would probably hospitalize her. But what would be the point of that?

I'd rather see him training fighters if he has multiple skill sets, he has done well and should remain in the sport(s) because people respect him. People can become disgruntled or vilified in these sports and too many people have been lost altogether or would rather be observers or commentators.
My opinion only.
