Default Uriah Hall punched in the liver by Marina Shafir

Marina has some pretty good punching power. She rolls with her shoulder really well also. Only a matter of time before she starts getting big match ups. Funny how Uriah said 'ah man, you caught that on camera.'

Uriah Hall teaching her an awful technique, and she refused to do it, then punched him in the ribs for it haha

She was 100% right with how she was doing it, he was 100% wrong. Guys like Roy Jones, Floyd Mayweather and up until recently Anderson Silva can get away with that lean back, Muhammad Ali move, but most fighters cant, and it's inviting a counter straight right hand to knock you on your ass.

Yeah, lets throw a 1-2, then stand straight up, and lean back. Great move Uriah!

Hall was one of the biggest busts in recent memory... He was hyped because he KO'd a bunch of Tomato cans on TUF... he was exposed in his first UFC fight, and will get cut if he doesn't beat Leben. I can't believe so many people fell for the hype, I knew Hall was all hype but he turned out to be even worse than i'd thought he would be.
