Well, do you already have pro fights under your belt? Pro fighters work their way up to twelve round fights after lots of fights with less rounds...

8 to 14 weeks are the usual training camps. The guys with the longer training camps always seem to be that little bit better. Hatton usually does 12 to 14.

That's awesome, dude. I kinda figured you had some fights under your belt, otherwise you wouldn't be getting ready for a twelve round fight. (Or if you didn't, then you'd be in some trouble, haha.) Good luck and keep us updated.

Try some intense pad/mitt work with your trainer if your not already doing that always seems to kick my ass worse than anything whats the breakdown of your gym routine?

Shadow box-
Skipping-
Heavy Bag-
speed/double end-
Mitts-

I always count sparring as extra as we don't spar as hard/often
