Theres a shedload of pubs in Greenwich all within walking distance, just avoid the Rose and Crown, its a backs to the wall job!!

Is The Gloucester still a homo joint?...I used to drink in The Kings Arms ( by the park gates ) when i was a youngster - went in there the other day with the missus and it ( like all the others ) had been re-vamped to serve rustic but modern european cuisine Mayo instead of Ketchup and all that..

Stuey - we ate the other week in The Rillington Grill in Greenwich - a bit expensive but good portions and good food. I had bubble & squeak with a massive lamb chop

I think the Gloucester still is, Rose and Crown was the last time I was there as we got a mate to wait in there for us as a joke, he hadn't a clue
