Like i was about to, against an idiot who claimed Tysons era was nothing and someone like Ray Mercer could easily have done the same thing
I wasn't even talking to the son of a b-tch and just made a factual statement about Douglas being ranked before fighting Tyson, and he actually starts calling me names, wtf. Who is this douche?

Someone who escaped the General and somehow ended up here.

Maybe we should escort him off the premises?

Not once did I say Tyson was in his prime against Douglas.

As for the rest of the tripe you posted, it's all predictable nonsense you get from Tyson fans, excuse after excuse.

Here's the facts, Lewis ended up having the all time great career that Tyson was tipped to have. Olympic gold medalist beating one of his future main rivals in the final who then in turn refused to fight him, commonwealth gold medalist, 3 time world heavyweight champion, beat everybody he faced in the ring, avenged his two losses, beat every big name that was willing to fight him, retired by getting a win over the next dominant champion from the next era.

Tyson failed to get to the Olympics, lost all his fights to his closest rivals, didn't avenge any of his defeats, and retired by bitching out and refusing to come out of his corner when he faced a big fat steaming sack of Irish shit.

Deal with that.....
Wait, so...riddle me this,

If Lennox is so amazing as you've portrayed, please explain why Lennox repeatedly admitted he didnt want to retire until he cemented his legacy by beating Mike Tyson.

Surely if Lennox was so great, he wouldnt need a guy like Tyson, the one you so wonderfully described above?

Does it not make sense to you there.....Lewis NEEDED Tyson for his legacy, Tyson never had a need for Lewis.

i cannot believe people still say " Tyson always had problem with taller fighter!"________his whole career was against taller fighters! holy crap! are you stupid or what? he easily defeated much taller fighters routinely,if your using the Douglas or Lewis or McBride fights as examples, you are
too dumb for words!

Deal with that..... here are some more"facts",redman: Lewis's fights were boring as ****! as long as mike's foes came to fight, his were always worth watching, maybe not as long a career, but much better for us watching! mike's style was geared for the pro's,i do not give a shit about Olympics! tyrell biggs did well in the amateurs,so what? Tyson never lost in his prime and not drinking, drugging and not training(Douglas) plus mentally he was not prepared, how could he get up for a fight with a fighter of his caliper? "lost all his fights to his closest rivals"___who lewis? when he was past his prime? holyfield? by then mike's head movement looked sloppy, he was less focused, and didn't train as often.his personal life drugs & alcohol didn't help.holy was a regimented, sober, focused warrior who had a style and maintained it.mike was more blessed with talent but burnt out sooner body and mind.hardly close to his best.look at the trouble holyfield had with the slower(maybe lighter punching) bert cooper.by the time mike fought mcbride body and mind GONE!

Slapping Tyson on the hand for not making it to the olympics is laughable. He was about 17 years old fighting fighting guys who were like 23.

FROM REDMAN:
The reason why I used Tucker, Tillis, Bone-crusher, and Green is because they have similar attributes to Lewis, even though not as big. They all stood around 6ft 4 and used their height and size to nullify Tyson's attack, some better than others. That's not using it as a negative for Tyson, just stating the facts that the few times Tyson went the distance it was against the bigger heavyweights which makes me think that Lewis would have also survived the early onslaught.___________TO REDMAN: tillis was 6'1" not 6'4" tyson was 19 and green, tillis was a cagey "hard to figure out" veteran, case closed! bonecrusher got a rib injury(from a tysoon shot) in the 1st rd. and held for the remainder of the most boring "fight" imaginable(his purse should have been withheld!) case closed! green, fought in spurts but also held and never! kept mike at bay with his jab(reach). so,once again your argument blows! case closed! watch the fight and learn fool!

He cums here to provoke and name call. My guess is that he's a gutless turd who gets his ass kicked periodically and this is the safest way to vent.
