Again?

When you attempt to troll someone at least make it funny and don't keep on posting the same boring stuff, it makes it less entertaining for the other people reading. Please post something original and funny in your reply.

The **** is functional? Many exercises you can do have nothing to do with any movement yet they transfer benefits. Strength and power through the triple extension (squats and Olympic lift variations), trunk stability (palof press etc.) and upper body strengthening that promotes dynamic scapular stability and rhythm (db exercises, body weight exercises and med ball throws).

Why?

My punching technique when I boxed was like the flow of water.

For real, I've heard it been called that before.

Perfect.

Or as close to perfect as you can get. Hard shots too. I've never met a man I couldn't hurt.

Shit, I hope I never do.

And I can teach that technique and I have in the past. So don't tell me it doesn't work.

I know what works. I learned from a guy that knew it worked. I never heard of anyone messing up their joints, but maybe you can expand upon that.
Cmon thats just

You know someone is desperate when their insult consists of "It's late and you're still awake".
