gavin is VERY skilled.
If he posessed as much skill as you think he has then he would be world champion right now.

Take away Khans speed and then what? what the hell does that mean. Take away Gavins footwork and what does he have left? 2 feather fists.

Froch isnt as pleasing to the eye as sugar ray leonard but he is much more skilled than Frankie Gavin.

All the football players on coca cola adverts doing the street soccer skills dont play for Real Madrid. By your logic they should right?!

He lost a split decision
Bundu is no mug
Gavin showed real heart in the fight
He also showed he has the stamina to go 12 with a seasoned champ

I don't see the problem - hopefully ***** puts his hand in his pocket and delivers the rematch

Please tell me what Carl Froch does better than Gavin!

You are talking about a man that had to wear a f*cking SLING to keep his right hand up! A man that has NO punch down to a tee and has 2 left feet.

Carl has a decent uppercut and a ok'ish jab, besides that he has f*ck all.

Frankie is fighting in THE BEST division in world boxing right now. The two main guys are ATG's.

So what if he is fighting in the best division, i guarantee he does nothing there. He wont even hold a paper title.

Froch has been in with the best, he is pound for pound ranked and holds 2 world titles. If you can do that with limited ability then we would all do it.

Frankie is fighting AMONG the best but will never set foot in the ring with any of them. And for the record i cant stand Froch, the guy is a *****.

Victor Ortiz, Guerrero, Berto, Alexander, Bradley, Khan, Brook, Porter, Thurman, Floyd, Pacman, Maidana all run a train through Frankie Gavin at WW. We will see how his skill set holds up when a fully fledged WW stands across the ring from him. Gavin will be wishing he lost the weight and spent a few more hours in the gym.

Is Leftuppercut some kind of Fastboxer parody? They were off the wall but not as blindly stupid as this poster

It's fashionable to call him skilful - just like people who never listen to jazz music proclaim to like jazz. But when you break it down, he doesn't do anything special or wow-worthy. Talented, yes, but not worthy of the hardcore hype that surrounds him
