It must have been hard to, with your head being up Vitlay's ass all night.

The fight was 50-50, props to Sam, he surprised me going after Oleg in the 6th.

In all seriousness, Sam Peter is better than a fat Kirk Johnson, a part time golfer and Danny Williams. It's pretty clear infact. And with him being gone so long, do not be surprised to see Vitlay stopped.
Hope springs eternal.

There is no way of knowing what kind of shape Vitali will be able to bring into the ring but if he's 75% of what he was when he retired he will win

LOL Sanders did not even land 50 total punches in 8 rounds. Neither did Danny Williams who is about the same size as Peter. See a trend here? Vitali will rape Sam Peter and knock him out in the 7th or 8th round.

Since when did the amount of landed punches equate to how hard a fighter hits? It only takes one.

Oh, and I'm not sure if you think I'm implying Peter will end up beating Vitali, because I'm not. The Oaf's only chance if for Vitali to come in at 25% due to severe ring rust and injuries.

I think this fight could go 1 of 2 ways. Either Vitali knocks out Peter or training camp does the same to Vitali

Stylistically, Vitali is a nightmare for Peter but so is training camp for Vitali
I picked Maskaev over Peter and it's the first time I've picked a bad heavyweight fight in a long time. However, I'd bet on Vitaly over Peter.

IMO Vitali is better than his counterpart. PETER needs to come in with better conditioning and improve his defense. I think Peter's nemesis is his conditioning.

Vitali would thoroughly embarrass Peter, and would pull a Danny Willliams on him.

You KLIT-ites are in denial...it doesn't matter how tough your boy once was.

He has made it through ZERO boxing camps in his last four attmpts...he never makes it to the ring...

He is not, however, as good as Lennox Lewis on his absolute worst day, nor will he ever be. And that part time golfer at least had some semblance of technique and handspeed.

That part time golfer had never achieved anything besides knocking Waldo out.

He couldn't get by Rahman, and had been decked and knocked out by Nate Tubbs in 2 rounds prior to that. Other than that he has a long list of tomato cans and journeymen at the end of their careers on his ledger.

Corrie Sanders was at best a journeyman. He was never elite nor will he ever be considered elite. And that had plenty to do with his technique, his drive and his conditioning.
