Default Diet, cant cook, to look shredded.

What can I have as a diet plan, a good balanced diet, I cant really cook, what can I get from the supermarket, everywhere I look theres high saturated fats.

I have smoked salmon sometimes, thats something, can eat from the packet, sometimes rice and chicken already made, has protein, less fat.

Can someone give me a good diet.

What do you eat typically everyday.

Quinoa takes two seconds to boil, brown rice is not hard. Whole wheat pasta takes 15 minutes to boil.
eggs take 8 minutes to boil. It is literally boiling water

Use a lil olive oil and fry your chicken breast. Put in the olive oil. Chop some hot chilli and garlic. Fry it for a bit to flavour the oil and it takes 8 min to cook your chicken breast. Add some paprika and black pepper. A lil salt doesnt hurt.

I make a lot of sauces using fresh lemons and lime, especially for salads.. Cooking doesnt have to be difficult. Do a search on youtube bro

Seriously, no need to cook mate, go raw.

Nuts (plain), fruit and veg (what's in season and cheap), canned fish (in spring water, not sauce, oil, or brine), whole grains. No sugar, salt, red meat, alcohol. Forget about sauces, add lemon juice for taste. And a multi vitamin for insurance.

Avoid processed. Too much added salt and sugar.

And if all that fails try wall sits!

imho..

Rice/pasta far cheaper than quinoa.
Olive oil too many calories, better alternatives if you must fry.
Chicken to be purchased with extreme caution. Most is tainted by processing (ie added salt).
Limit egg yolks.
Salt NOT good under any circumstances.

As long as mum doesn't mind weighing your portions, counting your calories, working out your macros, and ensuring everything bought in is the healthiest possible option.

yes but quinoa still cheaper than burger king if you already had rice or pasta that day...

what are better alternatives than olive oil,, please suggest, light olive oil when frying fish will have a marginal impact on overall calorie intake. sometimes i just use butter. i have tried coconut oil but dont like it how it changes the food taste slightly, i never use vegetable oil. so what do you use?

ok so then find good quality chicken

limiting yold is both inconclusive and debatable in healthy individuals, the marginal protein is in yolk, otherwise you need to eat an extra egg white to stay topped up. a person who has a well balanced diet and regular exercise sb fine, caution to those who are unhealthy and eating eggs

wrong about salt, you need some sodium in your body, you can get it from various sources but want to get it from unprocessed stuff, since most stuff that we buy has sodium in it from added salt, just have to just be careful about how much you are actually taking in...

We need a TINY amount of sodium relative to what the overwhelming majority of us take in. Most of us consume FAR, FAR more than we need. Too much is linked with high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke.

90% of adults will develop high blood pressure at some point in their lives, according to Harvard School of Public Health.

Interesting reads about salt [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Make your own mind up..

ps: It's dead easy to give up salt if yr serious about diet.

Fair enough. If you eat fried food only occasionally, I guess just use the one that tastes best to you.

Regards chicken, it's one of the dirtiest foods you can eat imho. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] of loads of articles. Again, make yr own mind up..

The egg industry is as filthy as the chicken one imho. From a health perspective [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] what a cardiologist has to say..

The science is inconclusive on so many diet issues, and opinions are everywhere. Like everything, it comes down to sifting through the info and making yr own mind up..

Yeah true, all fair points

i would say that food in america is more loaded with shit than in europe. If you compare usa to places like britian or switzerland, i think you shud be fine. It also matters where you live

Also it comes down to moderation and overall well being. I will never become a vegetarian so im stuck eating animal protein regardless of risks
