Two questions....
Does anyone have details on Randy Turpin's stoppage of future Marciano title opponent Don ****ell?
How highly regarded was Dick Turpin?

Dick Turpin has only become highly regarded in recent times, in his time he was seen as a violent stealing cunt of the highest order, a man to be avoided. Over time though his story has been romanticised and he is now seen as a sort of gentleman thief, like Jack Sparrow but on land.

If ****el had not contracted that liver disorder he could really have been something.

Turpin beat him before he contracted it.

Dick Turpin (the original) was a thoroughly nasty peice of work. He was verry violent and didnt care if his violence was directed against women or elderly people.
