Hrm. In terms of form, if anyone's going to get this distinction it should be Joe Louis. He threw picture-perfect hooks, right hands, uppercuts, and, well, pretty much everything.
Liston would be me choice for 2nd. He had a devastating hook. |

Liston's was just very heavy. Tyson's was quick, but stiff. Nobody was as natural a left hooker as Joe Frazier, and that might go for any weight class. It rolled off his shoulder.

Just going to mention Cooney SteveO! A converted southpaw, Cooney carried bone crunching power in that hook and delivered it just about as well as anyone, especially for a big guy at six foot six.
