Default Fighters Who Would Have A Chance v Any ATG Entirely Because of Offensive Ability

So i'll pick Fitzimmons at MW.

His power at 160 means that he can never, ever be written of no matter how slick/smart/tough/fast a guy he is in with. One punch may not neccesarily mean KO for the best chins in the divisions history (LaMotta, Burley, Tiger, Greb could all take one massive one I bet) but it would take an incredible fighter to get out of the round given the affect a 100% score would have.

Who is your pick and why?

And remember this thread is not about power, but offensive ability, overall.

Tyson comes to mind. Foreman does but his stamina later on in fights limits his chances too much. Also guys like Chavez, and Louis are obvious picks

Ray Actis.

For those of you who don't know who he was, he was an Italian light heavy who fought in the 30s and was forced to retire because of brittle hands. He hit like no one and like alot of big punchers, his hands couldn't take it. His last fight was against Billy Conn and Conn swore he hit harder than Louis himself.

According to Actis, Conn said asked him a question after the bout (which Actis lost but not after dropping Conn in the 3rd with a left hook): "what did you hit me with?" Actis told him it was a left hook. Conn replied "I thought the roof fell on my head." Actis also claimed that he never hit anyone with full force for fear of killing them. That was probably the bravado of an old man reliving his 'days'.

Actis had a big back, very broad shoulders and long arms. His build was reminiscent of Shavers, though longer.
