great book i've owned it for a while. Here's roy jones jr for you since cheech went to bed:
5:30 A.M.: Full body stretch, 3-5 mile run, high-rep/low-weight leg weights. 12:00 P.M: warm-up by touching toes, side to sides, torso twists, pushups, full body strech. and bouncing around on toes. Then proceed to boxing workout, all of it does with 30 sec breaks in between. 4X4 Shadowboxing 4X4 Heavy-Bag 16 Minutes Speedbag 16 Minutes Double-End Bag 25-minutes straight with jump-rope 1200 Situps (4X100 situps, 4X100 leg raises, 4X100 crunches). no upper body weights. |
