a good piece of homemade equipment is a simple peice of rope the length of your forearm and wrap paper and tape around the bottom to make a ball and attach it to a rather low and pu t it on the ciling rather low cieling. and punch to your hearts desire.
i have an attic for a gym so thewalls are slanted thus making it lower for me. but it's like a speed ball but can give you a wack you jab it you slip it you hook it you land combo's on it as it's a moving targer ad a bit of lead or somthing heavy to give it some wieght. |

I didn't know Kronk had a gym in Lima. Do you know Greg Cooper? I will have to stop in and check it out next time through, usually stop to get a sack of Kewpee's.
