Default Groin Guard questions

I need a guard that is USA Boxing approved and i'm looking at these Top Contender ones and they're alot cheaper than the rest. I have to wonder why. Is Top Contender a good brand, or no?

I was looking at this one for $30.

And then I was looking at this one for ... $8! But it looks small and I think I might get what I pay for with this.

So really I'm just wondering what you guys think. If you know of any good guards that I haven't looked at yet links to those would be really appreciated too.
