Looks to be about the same size as the 100 lb one I've got. Could be 80 though. Its hard to tell when you dunno how big the guy is.

I didn't say that I didn't know who it was-I'm not stupid, and it's written on his shorts anyway. I said I didn't know how big he was, or, more accurately, that I didn't know how his body was proportioned, so its hard to compare him to the bag.

Same here, 80 or so pounds....awesome work though.

I also don't know why he works only below his shoulder height. Does anyone with experience think it makes a difference for a intermediate guy (not him obviously) to work the bag below shoulder height only or should you work like a person, body and head?

he is using it for conditioning, i dont think he cares where he hits it as long as he hits it, he is passed the stage of 'keep your hands up and chin tucked in' he is using the bag as a tool for conditioning.

punching at eye level or above is for more than just keeping your hands up. conditions the shoulders to be stronger and build more. im sure its not a big deal to him but your losing a lot by not punching upward. especially at his height, hes a little guy. and yes it makes a difference, at any stage.

have you seen him fight? when you have had 44 fights and ko'd most your oponents you too could do that.
