I think I would pick B-Hop regardless of the weight they were matched at, I think he is a superior ring general - to much onus on Tunney to force the fight.
Having said that, I do think that Toney is underated following the steroids debicle. |

I think Toney would win a decision against Hopkins at 160lbs he had it all at the lower weights decent power, great defence, great counter punching, great chin and good hand speed.
