One of the judges in the Skelton v Sprott "snooze",(I've seen action thrown in a confession box) actually scored the fight a..........draw!!!!
WTF is all that about? He is blind? Was he steaming? Was he Sprotts agent? BBBC, do the right thing, get on the phone and tell the guy to beat it,NOW. |

I can only asume he despises Skeltons (and others like him) spoiling, mauling style of fighting. No excuse though,he badly needs to be reprimanded.

Yeah-Skeltons really bad for boxing. They televise this joke of a fight but not the Mitchell bout. Least there was some action in that!
I've nothing personal aginst Skelton-he's only a pro doing his best, but he shouldn't be televised. |

Without sounding smarmy, I've called that to all my pals all week, Sprott durability versus Skelton's brawling style........a recipe for boredom.
Do the ITV executives really think us the boxing public are that desperate to watch heavies? Like has been posted Mitchell should have been aired, brief highlights of Skelton v Sprott would have sufficed. |

Couldn't agree more- a drawn verdict was a disgraceful decision. Even if ian John-Lewis didn't like Skeltons style (join the club Ian), he has to see that he was winning the rounds.
For once I hope Frank ****** truely was full of s##t, when he talked about the winner getting a world title shot. No way does Skelton deserve it. |

Oh yeah- anyone of the frindge of world class could take Skelton I believe. Too raw and unrefined. I thought sky had a bit of a nerve when they heralded him as a prospect in 2004. He was 36!

He wasn't the only one, another judge had it just 115-114 for Skelton.
I thought Skelton won 11 rounds, myself. 10 at the worst. |

i thought it was shocking that they put on nicky cook's world title attempt on itv4 at 8pm and gave skelton-sprott the prime 10pm itv1 slot!
wtf was all that about. that judge blatantly fell asleep after the first 30 seconds and decided to give what he thought was the fairest score when being woken by the final bell and chorus of boo's. |

Agreed, the BBBC should sit down with a tape of the fight and ask him round by round how he scored it.
He'd look an absolute twat. You'd be generous if you gave Sprott 2 rounds. |
