Getting back into it.
hi everbody, new to the board. just a few questions, looking for an honest opinion.
i am 19 years of age, and have recently took up boxing again after a lengthy spell out. i used to train at a boxing gym when i was 12 until around 14. i had two amatuer fights (1win, 1 loss). after this i took up training in muay thai. started when 14 until 17. now after two years of doing nothing at all (except playing football) i am trying to get back into shape and get my sharpness back again. just wanted to know if anybody has been in the same situation and how successful they were. or even if you think it's probably too late. i am training in the old muay thai gym again (boxing gym is closing down unfortunatly), but concentrating on just the boxing side of things. i'd appreciate any advice or thoughts. |
