Montiel smashing Hasegawa was something that shat all over the form book. Shocking watching it unfold. And sad

Picking one I'm sure no one else will mention or maybe even remember,,,

Ernie Terrell started promoting in Chicago again in the late 70's and convinced a local standout named Walter Moore to jumpstart his career. Moore was a poor man's Joe Frazier, although with some boxing skills,in shape, and was a former tailgunner in Vietnam who was reportedly very tough. Moore started off beating the midwest trialhorses and was working his way up in class as he built a strong reputation in the heartland states. He was offered a fight on a Vegas undercard and took it against Terrell's advice, though,......

Roy "Tiger" Williams KO6 Walter Moore

The way the local guys in Indy spoke about him, I thought he was a shoo-in to stay afloat until he got to Holmes or Weaver....

Liston- Clay I

I was 19 years old and remember the fight well. Shocked wasn't the word for it.

Tyson- Douglas didn't surprise me nearly as much as the Liston-Clay fight.
