Because Saveresse, Briggs, and Stewart depending on your score card lasted the distance and possibly beat Foreman. You could say the same for Shultz. And Morrison easily out boxed Foreman.

Sure Foreman turned the trick vs Mike Morrer, but Vitali take a much better punch than him, or anyone else on the list that wen thte distance with Foreman.

Vitlai's work rate, size, power, and workrate would be too much for Foreman. While its often overlooked, Vitlai is hard to catch clean, and moves his feet quickly in forward or reverese when he wants to.

Foreman might be the popular choice if hangs tough as he did vs Holyfield, but I doubt he would be up on any card, let alone all three cards

Definitely a guy that's hard to catch clean.

I think we can at least acknowledge that if Lewis could stop him on cuts, Foreman could, too.

Not that it's a very likely possibility, but still.

Very unlikely. I don't think many champions could repeat it. Let's not forget that Lewis didn't outbox him - he outfought him.

Foreman would have killed him.

Briggs and Saveresse possibly beat Foreman? Do you even watch boxing?

I felt Saveresse edged Foreman, but not Briggs. I Either way, neither Saveresse nor Briggs were as good as Vitali was. Its a one sided fight to be Frank with Vitali making Foreman look old and slow.

I'm not picking all these over him but they stand their chances:

Holyfield - Vitalis style doesnt lean well to an inside fighter who brings allot of pressure and combinations. Vitali hasnt fought anyone of Holys nature and I can also imagine Holy roughing Vitali on the inside with his headbutts

Ali - its ****ing Ali, even if he did have parkinsons he was beating Shavers and Norton

Holmes - how would Vitali cope with that jab?

Walcott - beat Charles at 38, isn't beyond the realms of possibility he'd set traps and counter Vitalis mistakes to edge out a decision

Toney - 2005 37yo Toney was beating Ruiz. Toney is 1 of the greatest defensive fighters and counter punchers ever and may win a decision

Louis - Louis was on a good run and won a few rounds against the Rock

Foreman - looked good destroying the similarly sized ****ey

Jack Johnson - a bag of tricks and frustration for Vitali to contend with

Liston - Just when was he born is the real question????

Wlad Klitchko - not 37 yet, Wlad is the superior skilled Klitchko and the straight rand lands on big bro all night
