I was woundering how far do you guys drive to your gym? today I drove 16 miles to check out some gyms. I went into a gym that wasnt far from the kronk gym and I got to meet steve forbes. anyway im thinking about changing gyms and going to a new one anyway here is the diffrence between the gyms
my current gym: 11 miles away from my house 2-4 trainers depending on the day open 5 days a week 5-8 trainers dont really work with you they only tell you what your doing wrong but not how to fix it 1 pro that comes in once or twice a week 3 sparring partners 60 bucks a month gym i want to go to: 16 miles away 3-5 trainers with either a crap load of amateur fights or had pro fights lots of pros come in such as rubin willams,k9,steve forbes monday-sat 3-9 from what i say there trainers paid fairly great attention and worked good with the fighters they had alot of fighters that were around 16-22 and have fighters from 132-heavyweight that train there. 30 bucks a month please share your thoughts and id like to know how far do you guys go to get to your gym? and how far is too far for a gym? |

I walk approximately 150 meters. I dont own a car though. I'd be willing to walk 40 mins or so to training, more than that and it would be a bit annoying. My post is probably completely unhelpful to you.
