Default Can Haye beat Klitschko?

i believe yes, he can. he has enough power to KO vladimir.

but first of all, haye needs to to well in his upcoming heavyweight fights and then he has a good chance to win

Not impossible but unlikely. Haye has the power but that's really the only thing he's got going for him. Wlad has serious power himself (obviously more than enough for Haye) and severely outclasses him in about everything. Both chins are dodgy but Wlad has a pretty good and effective defence nowadys and can usually avoid those moneyshots (he hasn't been seriously touched since 2005 against "Rabbit Punch" Peter), Haye defence otoh isn't worth mentioning.

No, I don't see it. Manny has revamped Wlad where he will be on the defensive and constantly move while sticking his jab out. And once Wlad times the jab and Haye's reaction, the right hand will follow and end it.

It´s not impossible. We really need to see what Haye looks like at heavyweight against decent opponents. My bet is that Klitschko beats him even if he carries most of his speed and power up to the heavies.

wlad is not unbeatable but id like to see haye fight a couple of decent hws before i can come to a conclusion. his delusional fans make it so easy to hate him though

if he has success, he'd make the perfect villian

Everything is possible, but I don´t really believe it. Let´s see how Haye looks in his first HW fights.

Hayes is all hype. Vlad will outbox him and knock him out, no problem.

I just do not see it. It is like it is impossible but it is highly unlikely. Let's just see how Haye will do against some top 20 heavyweights.

It is possible but highly improbable. I really donot see Haye beating Vlad, Peter, Povetkin or maybe Valuev

Klitschko in 2.

Klitschko holds all the aces over Haye except for speed. To make up for that Klitschko has excellent patience and timing.

The minute Wlad lands its all over.

Haye would have to be a lot like Evander Holyfield if he's going to beat Klitschko. By that, I mean Haye will have to put on serious muscle and bulk without losing speed and athleticism, and his power will have to have impact in the super heavyweight division.

To beat Vlad, Haye will need to enjoy a serious edge in mobility, upper body movement, hand speed and fluidity of punching angles. If Haye can do that and still be able to punch hard, then yes, he has a serious chance at beating Klitschko.

But can Haye do all of that?

I think a prime Holyfield would have been too much for Vlad, as Holyfield put on the muscle necessary to move from cruiser to super heavy with ease. I don't yet know that Haye can do the same.

Haye definatley has the power hurt Vlad, but im not sure if he is controlled enough not to be caught.

Id like to see him tested at HW and if he dismantles all comers he has a good shot at Vlad.

Right now though im going with Vlad win
